Our bread takes at least 2 days to make from scratch. We ferment the dough so the taste of the wheat is what you taste. No additives. No chemicals.

The Old Ways Are Best

Simple ingredient mixed, formed and baked by hand. It makes a difference. And we bake it out strong on a hearth-stone for maximum flavor. You'll love the crust!

We hand-select our wheat and flour. We hand-mill and hand-grind when we can. And try to use only organic and natural ingredients. Our goal is to make the best bread you can buy.
